The 26-year-old female patient presented to the emergency with complaints of severe agitation, persecutory delusions, visual hallucinations, disturbed thinking, lack of sleep, and extreme mood changes. The patient’s admission schedule comprised a complete medical evaluation, including labs, vitals computed tomography, and a consult for psychiatry. The patient had also suffered a miscarriage. The patient’s social, medical, drug use or personal history did not indicate any substantial findings. The patient was discharged and the family was advised to monitor the mental health of the patient and return to the emergency if the patient’s condition worsened.
